Initial Client Phone Consultation
Because counselling is a commitment of your time, finances, and energy it's important that you, the potential client, make an informed decision when choosing a counsellor. City Centre Counselling offers a free 30-minute phone consultation for you to connect and talk with me, ask questions, learn about my services, and decide if you feel that I'm the right counsellor for you and your situation. This call is also an opportunity for me to assess whether I can be of service to you and is required prior to booking your first counselling appointment. I encourage you to reach out; I welcome your questions.
Individual Counselling for Adults or Teens

Parenting Support
Parenting a teen can be fulfilling and fun, but it can also be hard. At City Centre Counselling, I provide a welcoming and supportive space for parents to share their concerns around parenting their teen. Through conversation, psychoeducation, and self-reflective activities parents can gain insight and develop the skills and tools they need to help them stay connected to their teen during the transitional period of adolescence. Parenting Support sessions are offered in person, online, or through a hybrid approach (combining both in person and online sessions). Look forward to meeting with you!
